At the 1994 Logies she was nominated for Most Popular New Talent.

She has participated in drama workshops at Monash University and Burwood College and undertook on-going drama lessons with Bruce Kerr. Her television work includes: Neighbours, co-host on the Nine Network's Just Kidding, appearances on Roy And HG and Frontline.

Theatre credits: "Goldilocks" in, "Goldilocks & the Three Bears" (Grand Theatre Wolverhampton U.K.) & "A Guilty Conscience Needs No Accuser" (Which she co-wrote and won the Federation of Australian Writers' Award); Macbeth (she played a witch), A Fortunate Life, Wasting Away, and On Shifting Sandshoes.

Kimberley on her True Love & Chaos character:
"Ariel is an almost childlike being who is looking for someone to protect her and she is so genuine that people often assume that she is dumb but she is really just naive and by the end she is revealed as a very strong person. Although she does know that Jerry is a drug dealer, she puts this to one side so that she can enjoy life as it comes and, despite her low self esteem, she is ultimately revealed as a strong person."

Kimberley on her first movie role in True Love & Chaos:
"I know that I am perceived as a soapie star so I was slightly intimidated at first but in acting your role is to meet new people all the time. The shooting schedule is longer than I am used to in television, it is much more detailed and we take much more time getting the shots.”

True Love & Chaos director Stavros on Kimberley:
"Kimberley's future will certainly involve playing important character roles in feature films. She has a strong screen presence and is a very focussed performer."

Kimberley Davies on the worst pickup line she had ever heard:
"I was as at a party in Hollywood and someone came up next to me, looked up at the sky and said, 'Aren't the stars amazing?'" The problem? "You can never see the stars in L.A.!"

Neighbours actor Frank Bren on the Neighbours cast & Kimberley:
"I was struck by the quality and experience, pedigree if you like, of many of the actors, the sheer efficiency with which the producers conjured 5 half-hour eps per week using two shooting units, the egalitarian atmosphere of the Green Room and of course by the star "look" of Kimberley Davies who should - had we a big enough industry - have become a major screen star here if not in the US. She reminded me of a young Lana Turner or Gloria Grahame."
