Married twice. First to actor Roger Smith in 1956 when Victoria was 21. They had 3 children [daughter Tracey (born 3 July 1957), son Jordan (born 4 October 1958), and son Dallas (born 23 December 1961) before they divorced in 1965. In 1966 Victoria married her second husband Elliot Alexander.

Discovered by Bob Hope in her native Sydney while she was a model.

Signed onto contract with Columbia Studios on 26 July 1955

One of Australia's more famous exports was a model and film star, Victoria Shaw. In 1952 the 17-year-old got one of her first modelling jobs, posing with a new Ford Consul for Ford Australia's official photographer Jim Fitzgerald. Victoria went on to become our most famous model and then starred in many Hollywood movies.

In 1973 Victoria's first husband & father of her 3 children gains sole custody of Tracey 14, Jordan 13, and Dallas 9.
